Need a deck built from a blank page?

The three engagements above are for refining a deck you already have. If you genuinely have nothing yet, no draft, no narrative, no positioning, that's a different scope of work. Weeks of operator time, custom research, a full narrative and GTM build, every slide written and designed from scratch.

I take on a small number of these per year, by application only. If a refinement engagement isn't a fit because there's nothing yet to refine, tell me what you're raising and I'll let you know.

01Do you build the deck from scratch?

Not in the standard engagements. Those are for refining a deck you already have. Ground-up builds are a separate, application-only service starting at $25k. If you have nothing yet, apply for that one instead.

02How fast can you start?

Usually within five business days. Audits often start the same week.

03What do I send up front?

Your current deck, any GTM model or dashboards, customer notes, and a sentence on what isn't working. That's enough to start.

04Will you touch the growth model itself?

I'll read it closely and flag what needs to be on the slide. I'm not here to rebuild your finance model. I'm here to make sure the one you have tells the right story.

05Do you also coach the pitch?

Yes. Partner-meeting prep is included in Refine and Round-out. I'll role-play the room with you, not just polish the slides.

06Payment terms?

Half on kickoff, half on delivery. Stripe invoice. No hourly, no retainers, no scope creep.

07Equity or success fees on the round?

Neither. It tilts incentives the wrong way and I'm not a placement agent. Fixed fee, full stop.

08Who owns the work?

You do. Full IP transfer on final payment, including editable Figma files and any model artifacts.

09NDAs?

Mutual NDAs, yes. One-way founder NDAs, no.
